Silversea just released its 2028-2029 Voyage Collection, and there is a lot to sort through before you pick a sailing. General sales opened on July 9, 2026, which means the best suites and the most popular departures will move fast. What's In the New Silversea Voyage Collection
The 2028-2029 lineup includes 278 Silversea voyages departing between March 2028 and March 2029. Together they call at 497 destinations across 71 countries, with more than 120 new or reintroduced ports of call. Silversea is running the collection under the theme “Let the World Surprise You,” and the itineraries are built around cultural moments rather than just point-to-point sightseeing.
A Bigger Antarctica Fly Cruise Program
Silversea is expanding its Antarctica Fly Cruise program for this season. Guests will start their trip with a stay at The Cormorant at 55 South, Silversea’s own hotel in Puerto Williams, Chile. From there, a private charter flight takes travelers directly into Antarctica, which means you skip the Drake Passage crossing entirely. Silversea has scheduled 41 Antarctica voyages for the season across three expedition ships: Silver Cloud, Silver Endeavour, and Silver Wind. Christmas and New Year’s Eve departures are included for groups who want to spend the holidays somewhere unforgettable in a literal sense, not the marketing kind.
The Largest Mediterranean Expedition Program Silversea Has Offered
Silver Wind will operate what Silversea describes as its most extensive Mediterranean Expedition program to date. These voyages explore the Adriatic, the Greek Isles, and the North African coast, with stops at smaller ports like Milos, Amorgos, and Folegandros in Greece, along with Algiers and Bejaia in Algeria. One itinerary includes a cruise up the Guadalquivir River to Sevilla, which is not a route most cruise lines offer at all. This program is a strong fit for groups who have already done the classic Mediterranean ports and want something with more texture.
A 60-Day Grand Mediterranean Voyage
Mediterranean Voyage departing September 23, 2028. The itinerary spans more than 40 destinations across 13 countries, including Istanbul, Dubrovnik, and Amalfi, along with quieter stops like Menton and Naxos. Guests on this voyage will also have access to a private evening on Yiasemi Street in Athens and a papal experience in Rome during an overnight call in October 2028.
New Ground for Silver Nova and Silver Spirit
Silver Nova is heading to Northern Europe for the first time, sailing alongside Silver Spirit through Norway’s Heritage Fjords and into the Baltic. Separately, Silver Spirit is starting its first-ever season in Canada and New England, with extended stays in Quebec City, Halifax, and Boston.
