To be considered a part of Ellen & Phil’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at The Grand at Moon Palace as part of the wedding group.
If you do not make your reservation within this room block, there will be an additional fee of $290 per person/per day to attend the wedding ceremony and related events (cocktail hour and reception). This is the policy of the resort, not the policy of Yellow Umbrella Travel.
- An initial deposit of $75.00 per person is needed to reserve your room.
- Full payment of your trip is due by October 1st, 2018.
- We do not make your flight reservation so I will need your flight information by October 1st, 2018 in order to secure your transportation. Please submit your flight information by filling out the form on this page.
Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you do not purchase the travel insurance (see options below) and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $150 per person cancellation fee.
If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance, but you are still responsible for the $150 per person cancellation fee.
Once a reservation is booked there is a $150 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.
Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
