To be considered a part of Yvette & Eli’s Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible. To participate in all of the wedding-related activities, you must stay at Hotel Xcaret as part of the wedding group.
If you do not make your reservation within this room block, there will be an additional $200 per person to attend the wedding ceremony and related events.
- Reserve by August 15th, 2018 and the deposit is $100.00 per person.
- Reserve by September 26th, 2018 and the deposit is $200.00 per person.
- Reserve by November 7th, 2018 and the deposit is $300.00 per person.
- The deadline for the balance to be paid in full is December 5th, 2018.
- You may make any additional payments at any time up to the balance due date of December 5th, 2018.

Reservation Cancellation Policy
If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $150 per person cancellation fee.
If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance, but you are still responsible for the $150 per person cancellation fee.
Once a reservation is booked there is a $150 per person cancellation fee with no regard to the reason for the cancellation. This cancellation fee also applies to all cancellations that result in a re-booking.
Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.
